The Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination of the United States (COMLEX-USA) offered through the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) is a multi-level series of competency-based assessments used by institutions granting the DO degree. A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) student must pass COMLEX-USA Level 1 and COMLEX-USA Level 2-CE to graduate and earn the DO degree, and to progress into graduate medical education. In the postgraduate years, COMLEX-USA Level 3 must be passed as the final assessment to gain osteopathic physician licensure.
Below are links to the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine(CUSOM) first-time pass rates for CUSOM students who took COMLEX-USA Level 1, COMLEX-USA Level 2-CE, and COMLEX-USA Level 3.
