Faculty & Staff Development

The CUSOM Professional Development Department supports faculty, staff, students, and regional or community-based educators across the medical school through original, needs-based programming that is timely, relevant, and versatile. We offer development opportunities in teaching and learning, educational technology, student advising, research support, curriculum design, workforce development, professional standards, administrative effectiveness, wellness, team building, and guidance on Campbell-specific processes and protocols.

We strongly believe in drawing from the deep expertise of our internal community but are always open to suggestions for outside speakers. We also encourage and believe there are multiple pathways to faculty and staff development. Our programming is primarily independently created, but we actively build collaborative relationships across the university to enrich our offerings and expand access to valuable resources. Whether you’re in the classroom, clinic, or administrative offices, we’re here to help you grow, connect, and thrive!
