Purpose: Support Campbell’s partnership with the NC Area Health Education Center (AHEC) to advance S.704 as related to COVID-19 and primary care delivery in North Carolina.

Purpose: Define and manage the purpose and purchase of mobile education and mobile community care delivery vehicles to include design, delivery, maintenance agreements, and related to serve rural and underserved communities in central and eastern North Carolina.

Purpose: Lead the upgrade and management of resources to ensure the Campbell Health Clinic has materials and resources required to adequately test, monitor, and provide care associated with the COVID-19 grant to support the mission of the Health Clinic and implement telehealth services on a scale manageable by clinic staff.
